Question - What is a Real Estate Litigation case?

Answer - Real Estate Litigation involves parties who dispute rights obligations, rights, boundaries, ownership or rights of passage to parcels of land. We have been significantly involved in transfer as well as litigation that stems from such transactions.For real estate cases, we work on an hourly basis. We charge $225.00 per hour plus costs and expenses.
